Business Centre Manager
To provide overall management of the business centre. The BCM is responsible for ensuring customer service excellence is provided at all times and creating a dynamic working environment that will attract new business and retain the existing clients.
Customer Service Assistant
To provide front of house and reception services to the clients of the business centre. The CSA is responsible for supporting the CSM and ensuring customer service excellence is provided at all times to create a dynamic working environment that will attract new business and retain the existing clients.
If you have customer service/admin or reception experience in an office or hospitality environment and are looking for occasional/ad-hoc work we would like to hear from you. We have flexible hours to suit.
