Kevin is an experienced and accomplished business leader who has developed and lead SMEs over the last 20 years. He is experienced in managing growth in key areas including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and HR. Kevin is passionate about developing leaders, creating high performing teams and repeatable processes to achieve sustained profitable growth

His Topic is "From Chaos to Control"

Kevin will explain how you can take control of your business and eliminate the chaos often found in SME’s. By focusing on you as a business owner, Kevin will discuss the steps you need to take to successfully grow your customer base and increase your profits. Using the key aspects of business planning including goal setting, mission statement, vision statement, company culture and the business plan itself, Kevin uses real-life examples of successful techniques you can implement straight away to gain measurable results.
