UBCUK Gears Up for New Birchwood Business Centre
UBC UK's new business centre in Birchwood Park, Warrington, is nearing the final stages of refurbishment ahead of its official launch in April 2015.
UBC, which acquired the centre late last year, has been busily refurbishing the new space and installing new fixtures and fittings. UBC commissioned GR8 Office Interiors to manage and complete the fit-out works, which includes a complete redecoration of the interior space in line with UBC UK's branding, installation of office furniture, kitchen facilities and lounge areas.
All IT and telecoms, including cabling, connections, hardware and Wi-Fi set up is being handled by UBC's telecommunications partner, ip-Xchange, ensuring that companies can move in and carry on business as usual with the minimum of fuss.
In fact, from Monday 30th March, clients can do just that.
To date, UBC has received a significant amount of interest in its new Birchwood office space, with 69 workstations already pre-sold ahead of the launch, consisting of both new and existing clients.
With Phase 1 of the development totalling 140 workstations, UBC is delighted that its new Birchwood centre will open to clients on Monday with a healthy occupancy rate of nearly 50%.
As for the official launch, UBC is planning a special business event with a guest speaker, lunch and networking opportunities. Full details are yet to be confirmed, but we can reveal that the official launch date will be on Tuesday 28th April 2015.

Located in Birchwood Park, the new centre further builds on the company's existing presence in the North West and introduces 14,473 sq ft of serviced office space to the Warrington area.
UBC's new business centre is based on the first floor of Rutherford House, a prestigious corporate office building operated by Pin Properties. The building features a striking full height glass atrium and spacious main reception area, and is surrounded by landscaped parkland with a central water feature.
Upon completion, 52 furnished serviced offices will be available along with four meeting rooms, a fully fitted reception area and informal breakout space for clients' use.
