What is World Mental Health Day?

World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for all of us to raise awareness of mental health issues and advocate against social stigma.

As part of Mental Health Day on the 10th October, the team have invited Sam Hawkins from Unique Coaching and Martin Seville from Empathy Coaching to UBC Cirencester to offer complimentary coaching sessions to UBC customers.  They have both been through mental health struggles of their own and are now back on top and running their own businesses helping others.

Through a series of techniques, I can help you on your way to following your goals and dreams.

I went from being a lively woman teaching, dancing, working as a makeup artist, to having 11 years of debilitating chronic fatigue, pain and anxiety caused by fibromyalgia and CFS. At it’s worst I could barely walk with sticks, I was negative, insecure, stressed, believed all the negative criticism I was given, didn’t feel I was heard. I was desperate to find a way out. Luckily, I did. As well as recovering, I changed completely too.

Now I am the well and the healthy, positive, confident, calm, spiritual woman I was always meant to be.

Through NLP, empowerment coaching and Reiki, I help people create the life they dream of, just like I did and am still doing!

Reiki session – relax with 25 minutes of hands-on reiki healing
Reiki means universal life energy and is a Japanese form of holistic healing.  The Reiki therapist channels energy through their hands to the client and it activates the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
It releases blocked energy paths, cleanses the body of toxins and creates a state of balance.
It can help with emotional, mental, physical and spiritual issues/balance/growth.
